Criteria
An employer qualifies if it does at least one of the following:
- Pays or co-funds CFA Program exam fees or study materials for employees.
- Gives study leave before exams.
- Recognizes the CFA charter in hiring, pay, or promotion.
- Encourages employees to join CFA Society Doha.

Why hire CFA charterholders
To earn the CFA charter, a candidate passes three exams that cover investment tools, asset valuation, portfolio management, and wealth planning. The candidate also completes qualified work experience and commits each year to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
